Apply as a Child
If you wish to live in the UK with a parent, you may apply for a Family Visa depending on your age and how your parent applied.
Apply as a Partner
If you wish to live in the UK with your partner who is a British citizen or who has Indefinite Leave to Remain for more than 6 months, you can apply for a Family Visa.
Apply as a Parent
If you wish to live in the UK to care for your child, you may apply for a Family Visa as a parent.
Apply as an adult coming to be cared for by a relative
If you wish to live in the UK to be cared for by a relative living in the UK, you may apply for a Family Visa.
